The Grand Ballroom

THE PALERMO BALLROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR CAN HOST A MAXIMUM OF 200 GUESTS IN A DINING SETTING. WITH ITS RUSTIC WOOD EXPOSED BEAMED CEILINGS, GLEAMING WOODEN FLOORS, ANTIQUE WARM CHANDELIERS AND LARGE PANORAMIC FRENCH DOORS THAT OPEN TO THE EXPANSIVE VERANDAS THAT OVERLOOK THE STATELY BILTMORE HOTEL, WILL LEAVE YOUR GUESTS FEELING LIKE THIS IS SOMETHING OUT OF A FAIRYTALE. 


For the convenience of all guests, Comber Hall offers free and ample parking on the property grounds. With two parking lots as well as available parking along Palermo Avenue and Indian Mound Trail, your guests will arrive with easy access to the Historic Comber Hall. Rental includes the entire two-story venue with a curfew of 1am.
